The Yoe High Class of 2022 commenced into the future on Friday night at Yoe Field. Valedictorian Savannah Nejtek and Salutatorian Hunter Hux led their classmates.
Minor injuries were reported after a helicopter crash at the Cameron Municipal Airport on Tuesday afternoon.
It took a little longer, but Cameron City Council got the man they wanted to lead their town moving forward.
Yoe FFA had a great day at the Area XII Convention in Temple on May 14. Students were officially awarded their CDE banners for successes this spring. Tessa Vaculin won the Jr.
Precinct 2 voters elected James Denman to serve as commissioner in a runoff race on May 24.
Denman received 339 votes to challenger Doug Baker’s 209 votes.
