Helicopter Crash

Minor injuries were reported after a helicopter crash at the Cameron Municipal Airport on Tuesday afternoon. Cameron Police Department and Cameron Volunteer Fire Department responded about 2:55 p.m. Tuesday to the downed helicopter at the Cameron Municipal Airport. Cameron Police Chief Lonnie Gosch said two people were on board at the time. Both sustained minor injuries and were treated at the scene. The Federal Aviation Administration has been notified and will be investigating the matter.
