Lady Yoe soccer 2-2 at tournament

The Cameron Lady Yoe soccer team participated in an in-season tournament hosted by Navasota this weekend. The Lady Yoe came out of the tournament finishing 2-2. 

The first game for Cameron was on Friday against the Bryan Lady Vikings JV, and Cameron was victorious, winning 3-1. Their second game was a matchup with the host Navasota Lady Rattlers, and Cameron would lose 1-0. 

Up next was a former district rival, the Rockdale Lady Tigers, and the Lady Yoe tied Rockdale at 1, but would win on penalty kicks. 

Their final game was on Saturday against the Bryan Lady Vikings. Sadly the Lady Yoe were shut out 8-0 to finish the tournament. 

The Lady Yoe were back in action at home against Bellville Lady Brahmas Tuesday and were defeated 3-0. 

Up next, the Lady Yoe will be hosting their in-season tournament. Their first game will be Thursday against the Florence Lady Buffaloes at 6:30 p.m. The Lady Yoe continue on Friday against the Little River Academy Lady Bees at 12:30 p.m. and the Rockdale Lady Tigers at 3:30 p.m.
