Thorndale residents will decide who they want to represent them on City Council on May 4.
Four people will be running for three spots on the council.
Thorndale ISD voters will decide on a $34.5 million bond issue on May 4 that could bring a new high school facility and renovations to the district’s current facilities.
The Bulldog track team garnered an Area Championship last weekend in Thrall.
Several of them will compete at the Regional Meet on April 19-20 at Texas A&M Kingsville.
The Thorndale Lady Dogs softball team clinched the District title with a 15-1 record.
Jordyn Stutts and Kaleb Yount are the new State Champion powerlifters. Stutts earned the title a few weeks ago at the State Powerlifting Meet. She set a state record of 405 pounds for the squat.
