City, school board races set for May

There will be a contested race for Cameron City Council Ward 4 in May.

Incumbent Lekethia “KeKe” Sims will face challenger Jimmy Pratt.

Incumbents Nathan Fuchs in Ward 2 and Mayor Bill Harris have no challengers.

The Cameron ISD School Board will have no contested races.

Incumbent Alan Patterson filed for a three-year term and Dr. Isaiah Logan has filed for a three-year term that is currently filled by Jason Dohnalik.

Annisha Williams has filed to fill the unexpired term that she currently holds.
