Police department to host self defense class

The Cameron Police Department and Chief Lonnie Gosch announced they will host a free women`s self defense class at 6 p.m. Feb. 10 at the police station.
This class will teach women self defense techniques to protect themselves from attack. Class will last for 2-3 hours and those that attend are encouraged to wear work-out appropriate clothing.
