Andrews announces candidacy for Precinct 4 Commissioner

Out of Thorndale, Texas is Conservative Republican Candidate, Johnny Andrews, hoping to bring the best of changes to Milam County by seeking the office of County Commissioner, Precinct 4.

Johnny is a lifelong resident of Milam County, having attended Thorndale High School. Following high school graduation, Johnny was stationed in Germany during the Vietnam War as an electronic maintenance repairman with the United States Army. He enlisted in the Army National Guard (Taylor and Austin chapters) as Sergeant E-5.

Upon returning to Milam County, Johnny found employment with Alcoa as a laborer, later promoted to Maintenance Superintendent and later retired after 35 years of commitment to the company. During his time with Alcoa, he was superintendent in various areas of the plant and managed large maintenance budgets. After retiring, Johnny worked as the Plant Manager at Delta Stud Weld in Beaumont, Texas.

Johnny is an experienced Management & Safety Consultant and Maintenance Reliability Implementation Consultant, having worked for various companies all over the United States and Canada. He’s also owned and operated several successful businesses in Milam County,

Johnny brings 45 years of leadership, management skills and a vision of success for Pct 4 by working to protect your tax dollars, defending rural values, constructing new roads and bridges, repairing current roads and infrastructure while maintaining county equipment.

Johnny has the experience and knowledge to hit the ground running by taking action and getting results with a new vision for Milam County. Johnny is hoping for your support and vote for County Commissioner Pct. 4.
