Both locations of the Milam County Tax Office will remain closed to public until further notice. As before, a skeleton crew will be on hand Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Milam County's Shelter in Place orders will expire at 12:01 a.m. on May 8.
More Texas businesses will be allowed to return to business as usual over the coming week.
Residents at Winnie L. Nursing Facility in Cameron got a special treat and the chance to see their loved ones during a family parade on Friday morning.
According to Milam County Judge Steve Young there have been two more positive COVID-19 cases in Milam County.
