Wall named Cutting Horse Youth Champion

Baylee Wall of Cameron (center) was named American Cutting Horse Association World Junior Youth Champion on Saturday at the organization’s annual banquet. The 14-year-old was awarded a champion saddle and belt buckle. Wall also received a new buckle for being named the ACHA’s Most Improved Youth of the Year and new boots for her 2020 Junior Circuit Award. The Milano Junior High eighth grader just started competition in the sport a year ago. She is the daughter of Blaine and Brittany Wall. She is the granddaughter of Billy and Nora Light of Cameron and Pam Schlemmer of Rockdale. Pictured with Wall is her grandfather Billy Light and ACHA president Mike Combs.
