Two plead guilty in District Court

_{Kenneth Paul Kirk, 67, of Cameron, pled guilty to Forgery of Financial Instrument in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court.}  

_{The Court will assess punishment and determine restitution after the completion of a Pre-Sentence Investigation at the Sentencing Hearing, scheduled for Nov. 4, at 9 a.m.}  

_{Hal Dumas, Special Ranger with the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association investigated these matters.}

_{Jody Mack Wood, 42, of Leander, pled guilty to Criminally Negligent Homicide in the 20th Judicial District Court.}  

_{The Court will assess punishment after the completion of a Pre-Sentence Investigation at the Sentencing Hearing, also scheduled for Nov. 4.}
