COVID UPDATE: Seven new cases of COVID announced

Seven new cases of COVID-19 were announced in Milam County on Monday.

Milam County Judge Steve Young said, "we have seven new confirmed cases to report. Some of these could be late weekend reports, but we are not sure. We did discharge 23 active cases today, which brings us to 15 active cases. One person was released from a local hospital bringing the hospitalization count down to two."

2. Active cases 15 - down 23
3. Probable cases 21 – up 2
4. Monitored individuals - 41 down
   
   1. Total individuals monitored 745
5. Hospitalized 2 – down 1
