COVID UPDATE: 17 new cases of COVID announced

There were 17 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Milam County on Monday, including 12 positive cases from the Thorndale testing done last Thursday. 

That brings the total case county to 391 with 40 active cases.

One additional person was admitted to a local hospital bringing those hospitalized to four total. There have been 35 hospitalizations in the county since March.
