Celebrity Chef Joey Victorian sizzles the grill with 44 Farms steaks
The Cameron Chamber of Commerce will host its 6th Steak, Stein & Wine Festival on Oct. 14 in downtown Cameron. It is going to be a glorious day with beautiful weather. Lots of fun and food in downtown Cameron this Saturday.
Joey Victorian of Victorian’s Barbecue in Mart will bring his grill and crew to throw down some 44 Farms New York strips on the pit. Joey’s reputation precedes him as a great pitmaster in Texas, Houston, and surrounding area! He received national recognition when he appeared in Season 2 of Netflix “The American Barbecue Showdown” in May. Joey’s experience with BBQ and steaks ranks at 30+ years and has a reputation for tantalizing your taste buds. Trimmings for the steak dinner will be Cheesy Twice Baked Potato Casserole, fresh String Beans adorned with specials seasonings to guarantee a delicious meal experience. Desserts prepared by 4-H Club, and some local great cooks.

Top the night off with great music featuring The Gordon Collier Band and Street Dance at 8 p.m. Opening for GCB is local talent KCD Band at 5 p.m. Earlier in the day DJ Scott Leonard will be on the square, as well as New Hope Gospel Singers at 4 p.m. So put on your boots and hats and stomp your feet to some great tunes.
