Cameron police looking for suspect in gas station robbery

A Cameron gas station was robbed early Wednesday morning and Cameron police are looking for the suspect.

According to the Cameron Police Department, on Wednesday morning, May 27, at approximately 3 a.m. Cefco #17 was robbed. 

The suspect, a white or Hispanic female, between 5’4” and 5’ 6” and approximately 160 pounds, was wearing a black, medium length, light weight coat with a hoodie, black shirt, black jeans, black military style boots, and black gloves. Her face was covered with a white, surgical mask and she displayed a black, semi-automatic handgun while demanding the money from the cash register. 

She was also wearing a large, silver, white face watch on her left wrist.

The suspect appeared to be on foot but was tracked to an area off North Crocket Street where she may have entered a waiting vehicle and fled the area.
