Construction Begins

Construction has began on Old Yoe as part of a $15.9 million bond package that was approved in May 2022.The approved bond funds are being used to renovate and repurpose the Original C.H. Yoe High School Building to create a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Center. This center will provide Cameron ISD students with opportunities to obtain hands-on, relevant skills and certifications in programs that will help prepare them for their futures, whether that future starts with college or immediately entering the workforce. In addition to renovating the Original C.H. Yoe High School Building, bond funds will also be used to improve our existing Ag Facilities to enhance the Welding, Floral Lab, and Veterinarian Tech programs.
